Is hubMed bulk billed?

Some of our services attract a Medicare rebate depending on your eligibility, which we assess at your appointment and process on your behalf. We also have a rare pathway to bulk-billed specialist appointments for eligible patients. Fees vary by service — see each service page for a full breakdown.

Do I need a referral?

No referral needed for most hubMed services. Just book online and you're good to go. If a specialist referral is needed as part of your care, we'll arrange it for you.

What do I need for a telehealth appointment?

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space. That's it. Your clinician will send you a secure video link at appointment time.
